The Department of Information Technology (IT) in an engineering context plays a crucial role in supporting and enhancing the technical and operational aspects of engineering practices. It typically focuses on integrating advanced computing technologies, software tools, and data management systems into the engineering processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and innovation. The Department of Information Technology at the AHEC was established in 2024 offers Undergraduate program (B.Tech) in IT with an intake of 60 students

Our department is intended to train the students in elementary courses and cutting-edge technologies like Cloud Computing, Android application, Big data, Digital marketing, Social networking and Digital communication for solving many social and business problems.

IT stays up-to-date with emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Big Data Analytics, and Internet of Things (IoT) that can be integrated into engineering solutions
